And the winner is Jasmine Ng.

Jasmine Ng incorporated industry and recreational themes that have kept Merritt flourishing under the sun for the past 100 years into her winning logo design. The 12 year old artist was one of 15 people to enter the logo challange presented by Merritt's 100th Anniversary Committee.
Jasmine has captured Merritt's diverse history and seems to target the ranching, forestry and recreational/tourism industries as Merritt's future with her logo design. The logo is a brand of where we come from and a look at where we are going and that is what the Merritt 100 celebration is all about. Great job Jessica!
